Bryon L Pinkerton

Bryon L. Pinkerton, age 60, of Crown Point, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 30, 2026, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He is survived by his two sons, Ethan and Nolan Pinkerton; his mother, Marrell Dee Pinkerton (née Hollibaugh); his lifelong love, Darla (Lindell) Pinkerton; his special friend, Diana Petros; and his beloved German Shepherd, Nyx.

Bryon was truly charismatic, with a quick sense of humor and a natural ease in conversation, supported by his wide‑ranging vocabulary. He enjoyed collecting vinyl records and stereo equipment, and he had a deep interest in—and impressive knowledge of—music, classic literature, and perennial flowers and plants.

He will be deeply missed by those who loved him and will be remembered for the warmth, wit, and curiosity he brought into every day.
